E. Ciołka 10, 01-402 Warszawa, KRS: 0000696286  , NIP: 5272821707 (dalej: „AIONLINE.PL”) wyznacza:

1. Punkt kontaktowy, o którym mowa w art. 11 DSA, umożliwiający bezpośrednią komunikację z organami państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, Komisją Europejską i Radą Usług Cyfrowych, na potrzeby stosowania DSA, pod adresem e-mail: support@aionline.host
2. Punkt kontaktowy, o którym mowa w art. 12 DSA, umożliwiający odbiorcom usług bezpośrednią komunikację drogą elektroniczną, pod adresem e-mail: support@aionline.host

Komunikacja z punktem kontaktowym AIONLINE.PL może odbywać się w języku polskim lub angielskim.

In fulfilment of the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (hereinafter: ‘DSA’), AIONLINE.PL Sp. zo.o. [LTD.] with its registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, address: E.Ciołka 10  St., 01-402 Warsaw, Poland, KRS number: 0000696286, NIP (Tax ID): 5272821707 (hereinafter: ‘AIONLINE.PL’), appoints:

1. A point of contact, as referred to in Article 11 of the DSA, for direct communication with the authorities of the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, for the application of the DSA, at the e-mail address: support@aionline.host
2. A point of contact, as referred to in Article 12 of the DSA, for direct communication with the recipients of the services of AIONLINE.PL, at the e-mail address: support@aionline.host

Communication with the AIONLINE.PL points of contact may be held in Polish or English.
